This organic rosé from Bodegas Cornelio’s Vega Vella range is made from 100% Garnacha. It shows a vivid pink color, clean and bright, with intense aromas of cherries, blueberries, wild strawberries, and raspberries. Floral and herbaceous notes, along with subtle carbonic hints, add great freshness and complexity.

On the palate, it’s balanced, vibrant, and fresh, with acidity and herbaceous nuances that lead to a long, pleasant aftertaste. Ideal to pair with medium-structured dishes, creamy vegetables, pasta, soft cheeses, white meats, and fatty fish.
